Για την ενοικίαση οχήματος, ο ενοικιαστής πρέπει να έχει πλήρη άδεια οδήγησης για τουλάχιστον 1 έτος για οχήματα κατηγορίας Μίνι, Οικονομικά και Compact (εξαιρούνται τα οχήματα Elite). Για τα οχήματα Μεσαίας κατηγορίας και Standard (εξαιρούνται τα Standard επιβατικά βαν), καθώς και για τα Full Size επαγγελματικά βαν απαιτείται άδεια οδήγησης 3 ετών. Για τα οχήματα Compact Elite και Full Size, τα Standard επιβατικά βαν και τα τετράγωνα επαγγελματικά βαν απαιτείται άδεια οδήγησης 7 ετών. Για τα οχήματα Premium και Πολυτελείας απαιτείται άδεια οδήγησης 10 ετών. Το ελάχιστο όριο ηλικίας για την ενοικίαση είναι τα 18 έτη. Όλοι οι οδηγοί κάτω των 25 θα υπόκεινται σε πρόσθετη ημερήσια χρέωση.

"If we give you written permission and you pay a fee, you may be authorised to drive and use the vehicle in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finaland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. The cross border fee of 55.00 EUR will apply for all cross border travels and is payable at the rental counter. Vehicles must be returned to mainland France. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and request authorisation. Any movement of the vehicle outside of pre-authorised countries will be in breach of the Rental Agreement and liability will be construed accordingly. Please note that we are unable to provide any additional equiment that may be compulsory for driving abroad (e.g. breathalyzers, warning triangles, first aid kits, etc.) and this responsibility rests with the driver. Customers are therefore recommended to check any requirements in the country of destination or countries/regions the customer may travel through. Η Ασφάλιση ζημιών (DW) μειώνει την ευθύνη που έχει ο ενοικιαστής σε περίπτωση ζημιάς στο όχημα ή κλοπής του. Αν η Ασφάλιση ζημιών (DW) δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην κράτηση, ο ενοικιαστής έχει πλήρη ευθύνη για το όχημα. Η Ασφάλιση ζημιών (DW) είναι διαθέσιμη προς αγορά και μηδενίζει το ισχύον ποσό υπέρβασης για όλα τα αυτοκίνητα και τα SUV. Για μικρά φορτηγάκια το ποσό υπέρβασης μπορεί να μειωθεί στα 250 EUR, για μεσαία φορτηγάκια στα 300 EUR και για φορτηγάκια τύπου Luton με εξέδρα ανύψωσης στα 350 EUR. Αν συμπεριληφθεί στην κράτηση, το ποσό υπέρβασης για κάθε περιστατικό ζημιάς θα είναι 1700 EUR για τις εξής κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων: Μίνι, Οικονομικά και Compact. Για τα Μεσαία αυτοκίνητα και τα Compact SUV θα είναι 2000 EUR. Τα οχήματα κατηγορίας Standard, τα μινιβάν με έως 7 θέσεις και όλα τα υπόλοιπα SUV έχουν ποσό υπέρβασης 2500 EUR. Τα οχήματα κατηγορίας Elite, Premium και Πολυτελείας και τα επιβατικά βαν 9 θέσεων έχουν ποσό υπέρβασης 3500 EUR. Τα μικρά φορτηγάκια έχουν ποσό υπέρβασης 1500 EUR, τα μεσαία φορτηγάκια 2500 EUR και τα φορτηγάκια τύπου Luton με εξέδρα ανύψωσης 3500 EUR. Πριν από την αγορά της Ασφάλισης ζημιών (DW) συνιστάται να ελέγξετε αν η προσωπική σας κάλυψη επαρκεί για την κάλυψη ζημιάς, κλοπής, απώλειας εισοδήματος, εξόδων διαχείρισης, απομείωσης της αξίας, καθώς και τυχόν εξόδων ρυμούλκησης, φύλαξης ή κατάσχεσης. "Damage Waiver does not exclude/reduce your liability for:(a) theft or loss of the vehicle (or any accessories provided as part of the Rental, such as an electric vehicle’s charging cable) if not supported by a police crime reference and the original keys; (b) damage to the vehicle caused by any breach of sections 3 and 4 of the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to: i. failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started and failure to lock the vehicle,ii. unauthorised work, modification or repairs on the vehicle, iii. failure to stop using the vehicle or take appropriate action once a, warning light, fault or malfunction becomes known,iv. use by an unauthorised or unlicensed driver,v. Sub-rent of the vehicle or use for hire and reward,vi. damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel,vii. use of vehicle for any reckless, illegal purpose, or deliberately causing injury or damage to property,viii. racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive,ix. use whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs,x. use of the vehicle outside of France without our written permission,xi. overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts or to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle,xii. propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment,xiii. use on any unpaved surface, racetracks, beaches, and test courses, or otherwise off-road,xiv. to drive through water or over any objects that you knew or ought to have known rise above the Vehicle’s ground clearancexv. to drive through height-restricted entrances, bridges or passages if the height restriction is lower than the Vehicle’s overhead clearancexvi. transporting dangerous or noxious substances,xvii. use of vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation,(c) non-payment of the rental costs or additional costs(d) stolen or broken keys."

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected from (whether scheduled or unscheduled) will be subject to a one way fee. The one way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick up date. If you have reserved a one-way rental, this fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category. If unscheduled, this fee will be listed on your rental invoice.

"Excess Protection (EP) is an optional coverage available only if Damage Waiver (DW) is included in the rate. EP reduces the applicable Damage Waiver excess amount to zero for all cars and SUVs. For Small Cargo Vans the excess can be reduced to 250 EUR, for Medium and Intermediate Cargo Vans to 300 EUR and for Luton Cargo Vans with Tail Lift to 350 EUR.If EP is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase. Before purchasing EP it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If you decline EP but have purchased DW (or DW is included in your rate), you will be required to pay any applicable DW excess and seek compensation from your carrier. EP is not insurance.

Αν ο ενοικιαστής δεν επιλέξει να αγοράσει ένα προαιρετικό προϊόν καυσίμου κατά την έναρξη της περιόδου ενοικίασης και δεν επιστρέψει το όχημα με την ίδια στάθμη καυσίμου όπως κατά την έναρξη της περιόδου ενοικίασης (όπως ορίζεται στο συμβόλαιο ενοικίασης), θα ζητηθεί από τον ενοικιαστή να πληρώσει ένα τέλος αναπλήρωσης καυσίμου που υπολογίζεται με βάση τη διαφορά της στάθμης καυσίμου που αναγράφεται στο συμβόλαιο ενοικίασης με τη στάθμη που θα καταγραφεί κατά την επιστροφή του οχήματος, πολλαπλασιαζόμενη επί την τιμή καυσίμου που είναι αναρτημένη στο κατάστημα, συν μια χρέωση αναπλήρωσης των 20 EUR. Δεν επιστρέφονται χρήματα για μη χρησιμοποιημένο ή επιπλέον καύσιμο. Σε περίπτωση που το όχημα είναι ηλεκτροκίνητο και επιστραφεί με μικρότερο φορτίο από αυτό με το οποίο παραλήφθηκε κατά την έναρξη της περιόδου ενοικίασης (όπως αυτό αναγράφεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης), εφαρμόζεται χρέωση επαναφόρτισης που υπολογίζεται με βάση τις κιλοβατώρες (kWhs) που απαιτούνται για τη φόρτιση του οχήματος ώστε να καλυφθεί η διαφορά μεταξύ του επιπέδου φόρτισης που αναφέρεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης και του επιπέδου που καταγράφηκε κατά την επιστροφή του οχήματος, πολλαπλασιασμένες επί την τιμή της κιλοβατώρας (kWh) που αναγράφεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης συν μια πρόσθετη χρέωση όπως υποδεικνύεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης. Δεν θα σας επιστραφούν χρήματα για τυχόν αχρησιμοποίητο ή επιπλέον φορτίο.

Οι συνολικές χρεώσεις περιλαμβάνουν την άδεια κυκλοφορίας, απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της προστασίας από κλοπή, με ποσό υπέρβασης, ασφαλιστική κάλυψη αστικής ευθύνης και ΦΠΑ. Ενδέχεται να ισχύουν πρόσθετες χρεώσεις. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα αγοράς πρόσθετων προϊόντων προστασίας.

Personal Effects Cover (PEC) is an additional protection available for purchase, which insures the driver's and passengers' personal effects, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policy. PEC will provide coverage for theft, damage, or loss of baggage, electronic and mobile devices, as well as protection for delayed bagged and loss of travel documents. PEC insurance coverage is limited to 50 days, regardless of the duration of the rental; charges cannot exceed 200 EUR. PEC coverage will be conditional on your compliance with the terms and conditions of the applicable policy. Please note that this is only a summary; for more information, please consult the policy documents.The coverage provided by PEC may be included in your existing coverage; renters are recommended to check their existing coverage to determine if it is adequate before purchasing PEC. Purchase of PEC is completely optional and not required to rent a vehicle. 

Θα πραγματοποιήσουμε ελέγχους καταλληλότητας σε εσάς, τον ενοικιαστή, σύμφωνα με τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές μας, πριν από την έναρξη της ενοικίασης οχήματος. Οι προπληρωμένες κάρτες και οι κάρτες συστηματικής έγκρισης δεν γίνονται δεκτές στο πλαίσιο των ελέγχων καταλληλότητας. "Roadside Assisstance Protection (RAP) is an optional product to waive the renter's responsibility for the following: tyre (excluding the rim) repair or replacement (unless part of a larger repair to the vehicle), replacement key costs, and all recovery and call out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers as a result of a fault occurring to the vehicle due to the renter's error. RAP is not an insurance product; some damages will be excluded and the renter's conduct during the rental period may affect the protection available under RAP (see Exclusions section). Before purchasing RAP, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate. If you decline RAP, you will be required to pay any applicable charges and if possible, seek compensation from your carrier. "

All drivers must present a fully valid and unexpired driving licence. If the driving licence is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licences from countries that are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. All renters must provide a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full licence for a minimum of one year. All local renters must provide proof of home address in France with a utility or phone bill. Customers picking up a rental vehicle at an airport or railway station must provide a flight itinerary, boarding pass or train ticket showing arrival and departure. Local trains are not accepted for Parisian airports and railway stations. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed, which may include an identity check with an external organisation.

To rent a vehicle, the renter must have held a full driving license for a minimum of 1 year for Mini, Economy and Compact (excl. Elite) vehicles. 3 years for Intermediate and Standard vehicles (excl. IMPORTANT WINTER DRIVING MESSAGE FOR FRANCE A new law has come into effect for driving in snow and ice-prone areas of France. Every year from November 1 to March 31 on the roads of certain towns in France they must have winter tires fitted or carry snow chains or snow socks in their vehicles. The driver is responsible for checking if they will be traveling in one of these areas and equipping their car accordingly.
