Rental location operates 24 HRS. The rental counter is manned at all times to service rental pickups and returns.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 24. The maximum age to rent is 75. Young drivers must have held their driving license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters between the age of 21 and 23 may rent the categories Mini, Economy and Compact with no additional fees applying to young drivers of these categories. A young driver fee of 17.70 EUR per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 23 for all other categories except Luxury, which is not available to drivers under 24 years of age. Renters between the age of 71 and 75 may rent all categories, and a senior driver fee of 17.70 EUR per day applies to all renters of this age bracket.

Cross border rentals are allowed within the European countries except Turkey. A prior written authorization is required and there is an insurance fee that applies. The guarantee is equal with the buying value of the rented car. This kind of rental must be requested from National Car Rental at least 7 working days prior the pick up date. A process of publication of green card is required and the minimum time of publication of a green card is 7 working days. A fee of 34.00 EUR per each border of the country driving through. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance (TPL) as long as it remains in the borders of the country for which it is issued. Road assistance or car replacement while driving abroad is not available.

Covers the renters’ liability for damages and fire to the rented vehicle - under the condition that the damage is not due to infringement of Road Circulation Code and/or the usage of alcohol and drugs, with a deductible amount from 500 EUR to 1.000 EUR depending on car group. CDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires. If CDW is not including to the Rental Agreement, the renter is liable to pay the total amount of the damages of the rented car. If there is a third party involved to an incident, we recommend clients to call the police authorities to the incident - police report is mandatory to file a claim to the insurance company. If no police report is available, client have the fully responsibility of the incident. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the road circulation code on the driving country, are not covered by CDW and the driver should pay vehicle damages in total. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.

Collision Damage does not cover: mirrors, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damages resulting from theft, damage from weather, natural disasters, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances. Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

This is on request service and is available in specific locations in North Macedonia. One-way rentals must be requested at the time of booking and an advance notice of 24 hours required. Unauthorized one-way drops will be charged at the end of the rental. All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected will be subject to a one-way fee. The one-way fee must be paid at the rental counter at the pickup. Domestic one way rentals are allowed for all car groups at a charge of 59.00 EUR including VAT excluding Airport Fee. International one way rentals are allowed to select locations and the fee depends on the route and the drop off location. REFUELING CHARGES-FULL TO FULL. ALL VEHICLES ARE DELIVERED WITH A FULL TANK AND MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION. IN CASES WHEN THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED WITH LESS THAN A FULL TANK THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RATE OF ENTERPRISE-RENT-A-CAR FYR MACEDONIA. FEES FOR TANK SERVICES ALSO APPLY, COST 10 EUR PLUS VAT.

RATES INCLUDE UNLIMITED KILOMETERS, CDW, THIRD PARTY INSURANCE, PROTECTION AGAINST THEFT AND FIRE, AIRPORT FEES AND VAT

During the winter season of 15 November to 15 March and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Macedonia all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.

Covers the renter of the vehicle of up to 4500 EUR in case of death, bodily injuries and total or partial disability up to 9000 EUR and up to 2200 EUR for medical expenses incurred due to accident. PAI does not cover accidents prior or after the rental and those outside of the rental car. If PAI is purchased the rental car is insured for one person - the named driver. Additional drivers will need to present their driving license at the time of rental pickup. Cost of PAI coverage is 1.50 EUR per day per registered driver for all car groups.

Visa, American Express, Diners and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini and Economy require a deposit of 290.00 EUR, Compact and Intermediate vehicles have a 390.00 EUR deposit, Full size and Standard vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Η Οδική βοήθεια παρέχεται δωρεάν και είναι διαθέσιμη 24 ώρες το 24ωρο και 7 ημέρες την εβδομάδα εντός της επικράτειας της Βόρειας Μακεδονίας. Σε αυτήν περιλαμβάνεται η αντικατάσταση οχήματος εντός 24 ωρών και η τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη. Κατά τη στιγμή της ενοικίασης, παρέχεται επίσης ο αριθμός τηλεφώνου της Οδικής βοήθειας. Η Οδική βοήθεια και η αντικατάσταση αυτοκινήτου είναι διαθέσιμες εκτός συνόρων της Βόρειας Μακεδονίας. Ενδέχεται να ισχύουν πρόσθετες χρεώσεις.

All drivers must present a full valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters carrying a driving license from an EU member state or their driving licenses are in Latin Characters do not require an International Driving Permit. For all other countries a valid International Driving Permit is required along with the national driving license. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.

If there is a third party involved to an incident, we recommend clients to call the police authorities to the incident - police report is mandatory to file a claim to the insurance company. If no police report is available, client have the fully responsibility of the incident. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the road circulation code on the driving country, are not covered by CDW and the driver should pay vehicle damages in total. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.

FULL DAMAGE (SCDW/TP) or SCDW and THEFT: Covers the excess that is applied to the CDW coverage. Daily charge ranges from 18 EUR to 26 EUR depending on vehicle group. SCDW/TP does not provide any coverage concerning damages to the underside of the vehicle, inside of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the Road Circulation Code which is the driving laws of the rental country is the responsibility of the renter and not covered by SCDW/TP. If there is a third party involved to an incident, we recommend clients to call the police authorities to the incident - police report is mandatory to file a claim to the insurance company. If no police report is available, client have the fully responsibility of the incident. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the road circulation code on the driving country, are not covered by CDW and the driver should pay vehicle damages in total. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.

The rental counter is located in the terminal building within walking distance. No shuttle service is required. Serviced by Enterprise Rent A Car. Η Συμπληρωματική ασφαλιστική κάλυψη αστικής ευθύνης - Ασφάλιση τρίτου μέρους απαιτείται από τη νομοθεσία και παρέχεται χωρίς χρέωση. Η κάλυψη περιορίζεται σε σωματική βλάβη ή θάνατο τρίτου μέρους ύψους έως και 100.000 ευρώ και ζημιά σε περιουσιακά στοιχεία τρίτου μέρους έως και 50.000 ευρώ.

Η Συμπληρωματική ασφαλιστική κάλυψη αστικής ευθύνης - Ασφάλιση τρίτου μέρους ακυρώνεται όταν η ζημιά προκαλείται από: οδήγηση υπό την επήρεια ναρκωτικών ή αλκοόλ, οδήγηση από μη εξουσιοδοτημένους οδηγούς, οδήγηση σε διαγωνισμούς αγωνιστικής οδήγησης ή ταχύτητας, οδήγηση χωρίς άδεια οδήγησης ή εκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα του οδηγού, οδήγηση πέρα από τα κρατικά ή διεθνή σύνορα κατά παράβαση του συμφωνητικού ενοικίασης, ρυμούλκηση ή ώθηση, εκ προθέσεως βλάβη, απλή αμέλεια, βαριά αμέλεια ή απερισκεψία, οδήγηση εκτός τακτικά συντηρούμενου δρόμου, διάθεση του οχήματος προς ενοικίαση, οδήγηση κατά παράβαση των τοπικών κανονισμών, αμέλεια ασφαλούς φύλαξης των κλειδιών του αυτοκινήτου ή αμέλεια κλειδώματος ή ασφάλισης του οχήματος.

Η Προστασία από κλοπή καλύπτει το ενοικιαζόμενο όχημα από ολική κλοπή. Το ποσό υπέρβασης επιβαρύνει τον ενοικιαστή. Το ποσό υπέρβασης είναι 500 ευρώ για τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων Οικονομικό και Μίνι, 750 ευρώ για τις κατηγορίες Compact και Μεσαίο και 1.000 ευρώ για τις κατηγορίες Τυπικό, Van και SUV.

Η Προστασία από κλοπή ακυρώνεται όταν η ζημιά προκαλείται από: οδήγηση υπό την επήρεια ναρκωτικών ή αλκοόλ, μη εξουσιοδοτημένους οδηγούς, διαγωνισμούς αγωνιστικής οδήγησης ή ταχύτητας, οδήγηση χωρίς άδεια οδήγησης ή εκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα του οδηγού, οδήγηση πέρα από τα κρατικά ή διεθνή σύνορα κατά παράβαση του συμφωνητικού ενοικίασης, ρυμούλκηση ή ώθηση, εκ προθέσεως βλάβη, απλή αμέλεια, βαριά αμέλεια ή απερισκεψία, οδήγηση εκτός τακτικά συντηρούμενου δρόμου, διάθεση του οχήματος προς ενοικίαση, οδήγηση κατά παράβαση των τοπικών κανονισμών, αμέλεια ασφαλούς φύλαξης των κλειδιών του αυτοκινήτου ή αμέλεια κλειδώματος ή ασφάλισης του οχήματος.
