Για ενοικιαστές ηλικίας 21 έως 24 ετών ισχύει πρόσθετη χρέωση 23,00 EUR.

Επιτρέπουμε τη χρήση του Οχήματος μόνο στην ηπειρωτική Ισπανία ή στο ισπανικό νησί όπου νοικιάσατε το Όχημα. Αν σας δώσουμε γραπτή άδεια, ενδέχεται να δικαιούστε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το Όχημα για να μετακινηθείτε σε ισπανικά νησιά, μεταξύ ισπανικών νησιών, καθώς και στη Θέουτα και τη Μελίγια. Αν σας δώσουμε γραπτή άδεια και καταβάλετε ένα τέλος, ενδέχεται να δικαιούστε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το Όχημα στις ακόλουθες χώρες: Αυστρία, Γερμανία, Βέλγιο, Γαλλία, Κάτω Χώρες, Ιταλία, Λουξεμβούργο, Μονακό, Ελβετία, Πορτογαλία, Ανδόρα και Γιβραλτάρ. Οποιαδήποτε μετακίνηση του οχήματος εκτός των εγκεκριμένων χωρών θα αποτελεί παραβίαση του Συμβολαίου ενοικίασης. Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις, οι πελάτες πρέπει να ενημερώσουν το υποκατάστημα ενοικίασης για την πρόθεσή τους να ταξιδέψουν στο εξωτερικό με το όχημα και να λάβουν σχετική έγκριση. Οποιαδήποτε μετακίνηση του οχήματος εκτός των χωρών που έχουν εγκριθεί εκ των προτέρων θα αποτελεί παραβίαση του Συμβολαίου ενοικίασης και η ευθύνη θα ερμηνεύεται αναλόγως.

"If you purchase Damage Waiver from us (or if DW is included in your rate), your liability to us as a result of damage to, loss and/or theft of the vehicle will be reduced to an excess amount for each incident. Damage Waiver is not an insurance product. Some damages will be excluded and your conduct during the rental may affect the protection available under Damage Waiver (see Exclusions section). The excess amount for each incident of damage is as shown on the Rental Agreement or, if no amount is otherwise indicated, the excess amount that applies to your DW coverage is, depending on the type of vehicle, 1400.00 EUR for Mini, Economy, Compact, Compact Hybrid and Intermediate cars. 1700.00 EUR for Standard cars, Standard people carriers, Compact Elite, Intermediate, Standard SUV and Hybrid, Compact and Intermediate Convertibles. 2000.00 EUR for Premium cars, Premium people carriers, Full size and Premium 4x4. 2500.00 EUR for Luxury cars and 4x4. Cargo Vans the following excesses apply; 1250.00 EUR for small, medium and standard vans. For full size vans it is 1500.00 EUR and 1700.00 EUR for large vans. Purchasing Damage Waiver on its own will only reduce your liability, if you need to reduce your excess to zero you must also purchase Excess Protection. Before purchasing DW, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate to cover your liability as a result of damage, theft, and/or loss of the vehicle (including loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value and any towing, storage or impound fees). If you decline Damage Waiver, you will be required to pay these charges and, where applicable, seek compensation from your carrier. "

"Damage Waiver does not exclude/reduce your liability for: (a) theft or loss of the vehicle (or any accessories provided as part of the rental, such as an electric vehicle’s charging cable) if not supported by a police crime reference and the original keys; (b) damage to the vehicle caused by any breach of sections 3 and 4 of the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to: i. failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started and failure to lock the vehicle,ii. unauthorised work, modification or repairs on the vehicle, iii. failure to stop using the vehicle or take appropriate action once a, warning light, fault or malfunction becomes known,iv. use by an unauthorised or unlicensed driver,v. Sub-rent of the vehicle or use for hire and reward,vi. damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel,vii. use of vehicle for any reckless, illegal purpose, or deliberately causing injury or damage to property,viii. racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive,ix. use whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs,x. use of the vehicle outside of Spain (including outside of mainland Spain or the Spanish island from which the rental originates) without our written permission,xi. overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts or to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle,xii. propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment,xiii. use on any unpaved surface, racetracks, beaches, and test courses, or otherwise off-road,xiv. to drive through water or over any objects that you knew or ought to have known rise above the Vehicle’s ground clearancexv. to drive through height-restricted entrances, bridges or passages if the height restriction is lower than the Vehicle’s overhead clearancexvi. transporting dangerous or noxious substances,xvii. use of vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation,c) non-payment of the rental costs or additional costsd) damage to tyres."

Δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές κάρτες (πιστωτικές ή χρεωστικές) με δυνατότητα ανέπαφων συναλλαγών ή πληρωμές μέσω οποιασδήποτε άλλης ασύρματης τεχνολογίας ή τεχνολογίας επικοινωνιών NFC. Οι ενοικιάσεις για τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων Full Size, Premium, Πολυτελείας και για τα μεγάλα επιβατικά βαν πρέπει να εξοφλούνται μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας.

Ένα αντίγραφο της διαδικασίας υποβολής παραπόνων και το επίσημο έντυπο παραπόνων διατίθενται δωρεάν κατόπιν αιτήματος σε οποιοδήποτε υποκατάστημα ενοικίασης της Enterprise ή/και στην εγγεγραμμένη έδρα της Enterprise, όπως αυτή αναγράφεται στο Συμβόλαιο ενοικίασης. Οι ενοικιαστές που επιθυμούν να συζητήσουν ή να αμφισβητήσουν οποιαδήποτε θέματα σχετικά με ζημιά στο ενοικιαζόμενο όχημα μπορούν να επικοινωνήσουν με το τμήμα αποκατάστασης ζημιών της εταιρείας μας. Όλες οι ενοικιάσεις όπου το όχημα δεν επιστρέφεται στο ίδιο κατάστημα από όπου παραλαμβάνεται (είτε αυτό είναι προγραμματισμένο είτε μη), θα επιβαρύνονται με χρέωση απλής διαδρομής. Η χρέωση απλής διαδρομής διαφέρει ανάλογα με την κατηγορία αυτοκινήτου, το κατάστημα και την ημερομηνία παραλαβής. Αν έχετε κάνει κράτηση για ενοικίαση απλής διαδρομής, αυτό το τέλος περιλαμβάνεται στις λεπτομέρειες κράτησης ή/και στη Σύνοψη. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση, αυτό το τέλος θα αναγράφεται στο τιμολόγιο ενοικίασης.

"If you purchase Excess Protection (EP) and have also purchased Damage Waiver, any applicable Damage Waiver excess will be reduced to zero on all vehicles. Αν ο ενοικιαστής δεν επιλέξει να αγοράσει ένα προαιρετικό προϊόν καυσίμου κατά την έναρξη της περιόδου ενοικίασης και δεν επιστρέψει το όχημα με την ίδια στάθμη καυσίμου όπως κατά την έναρξη της περιόδου ενοικίασης (όπως ορίζεται στο συμβόλαιο ενοικίασης), θα ζητηθεί από τον ενοικιαστή να πληρώσει ένα τέλος αναπλήρωσης καυσίμου που υπολογίζεται με βάση τη διαφορά της στάθμης καυσίμου που αναγράφεται στο συμβόλαιο ενοικίασης με τη στάθμη που θα καταγραφεί κατά την επιστροφή του οχήματος, πολλαπλασιαζόμενη επί την τιμή καυσίμου που είναι αναρτημένη στο κατάστημα, συν μια χρέωση αναπλήρωσης των 21.00 EUR. Δεν επιστρέφονται χρήματα για μη χρησιμοποιημένο ή επιπλέον καύσιμο. Σε περίπτωση που το όχημα είναι ηλεκτροκίνητο και επιστραφεί με μικρότερο φορτίο από αυτό με το οποίο παραλήφθηκε κατά την έναρξη της περιόδου ενοικίασης (όπως αυτό αναγράφεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης), εφαρμόζεται χρέωση επαναφόρτισης που υπολογίζεται με βάση τις κιλοβατώρες (kWhs) που απαιτούνται για τη φόρτιση του οχήματος ώστε να καλυφθεί η διαφορά μεταξύ του επιπέδου φόρτισης που αναφέρεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης και του επιπέδου που καταγράφηκε κατά την επιστροφή του οχήματος, πολλαπλασιασμένες επί την τιμή της κιλοβατώρας (kWh) που αναγράφεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης συν μια πρόσθετη χρέωση όπως υποδεικνύεται στη σύνοψη του συμβολαίου ενοικίασης. Δεν θα σας επιστραφούν χρήματα για τυχόν αχρησιμοποίητο ή επιπλέον φορτίο.

Οι συνολικές χρεώσεις περιλαμβάνουν την άδεια κυκλοφορίας, απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της προστασίας από κλοπή, με ποσό υπέρβασης, ασφαλιστική κάλυψη αστικής ευθύνης και ΦΠΑ. Ενδέχεται να ισχύουν πρόσθετες χρεώσεις. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα αγοράς πρόσθετων προϊόντων προστασίας.

Οι ενοικιαστές μπορούν να πληρώσουν με μετρητά ή κάρτα. Γίνονται δεκτές όλες οι χρεωστικές και πιστωτικές κάρτες ευρείας χρήσης (Visa, Mastercard ή American Express). Όλες οι κάρτες πρέπει να προσκομίζονται φυσικά και να είναι στο όνομα του ενοικιαστή. Δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές επιταγές, προπληρωμένες κάρτες, κάρτες Diner’s Club, Discover Card, κάρτες (πιστωτικές ή χρεωστικές) με δυνατότητα ανέπαφων συναλλαγών ή πληρωμές μέσω οποιασδήποτε άλλης ασύρματης τεχνολογίας ή τεχνολογίας επικοινωνιών NFC. Κατά την παραλαβή, θα δεσμευτεί μια εγγύηση. Η εγγύηση είναι ανεξάρτητη από το εκτιμώμενο ή το πραγματικό κόστος της ενοικίασης και το ποσό θα διαφέρει ανάλογα με την κατηγορία του οχήματος και τον κωδικό. Για τα αυτοκίνητα και τα SUV των κατηγοριών Μίνι, Οικονομικά, Compact, Μεσαία και Standard, καθώς και για τα φορτηγάκια των κατηγοριών Compact, Μεσαία και Standard, απαιτείται ελάχιστη εγγύηση 200 EUR. Για όλα τα υπόλοιπα φορτηγάκια, η ελάχιστη εγγύηση είναι 400 EUR.Για τα Full Size αυτοκίνητα, τα SUV και τα μεγάλα επιβατικά βαν, η εγγύηση είναι 400 EUR και πρέπει να καταβληθεί μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας. Για τα οχήματα Compact Elite, Premium, Πολυτελείας και Κάμπριο, η εγγύηση είναι 500 EUR και πρέπει να καταβληθεί μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας. Σε περιπτώσεις όπου η ενοικίαση εξοφλείται με μετρητά, η ελάχιστη εγγύηση θα είναι 500 EUR και θα πρέπει να καταβληθεί μέσω χρεωστικής ή πιστωτικής κάρτας. "Roadside Assisstance Protection (RAP) is an optional product to waive the renter's responsibility for the following: tyre (excluding the rim) repair or replacement (unless part of a larger repair to the vehicle), replacement key costs, and all recovery and call out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers as a result of a fault occurring to the vehicle due to the renter's error. RAP is not an insurance product; some damages will be excluded and the renter's conduct during the rental period may affect the protection available under RAP (see Exclussions section). Before purchasing RAP, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate. If you decline RAP, you will be required to pay any applicable charges and if possible, seek compensation from your carrier. "

"All drivers must present:(1.) Valid driving licence held for a minimum of one (1) year [or two 2 years if renting in the Canary Islands]. - Digital driving licences will only be accepted if issued by a Member State of the European Union and the rental originates from that Member State.- If the driving licence has been issued by a country other than a Member State of the European Union or is written in a language and/or in characters different to those of the country where the rental originates, an International Driving Permit/Licence is required. Renters with licences from countries which are not part of any international treaties or agreements for International Driving Permits must provide a certified translation of their driving licence. - To avoid the risk of fines, renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to carry an International Driving Permit.(2.) Valid, unexpired passport or identity card.Additionally, renters visiting Spain from abroad must be able to provide, on request: (3) Contact details in their home country (i.e., work or home address) and in Spain, as well as travel documents, such as plane or train tickets, boarding passes, hotel reservations or accomodation vouchers, etc. In order to rent a car, SUV or van of categories Premium, Elite, Luxury or convertible from airports and train stations, renters must be able to provide (4) additional verified contact information, such as employment details, two phone numbers, proof of residence and, if applicable, travel documents.Customers whose documents have been issued in two or more different countries must provide additional proof of address or residence (i.e., phone, gas or electricity bill) which must be less than 90 days old. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional proof of identity and/or to conduct further identification checks if necessary, which may include identity checks with an external organisation.
