Basics

1. In this website, you can place your reservation for car rental in the Greek territory. If you are interested in renting a vehicle abroad, please contact our reservations department: 0030 2103493428, 0030 2103493411, and 0030 2103493417.

2. On-line bookings must take place at least 24 hours before the day of delivery.

3. Booking necessities:

• Citizens of European Community, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein must have a valid National driving licence for at least one year. In any other case a valid International driving licence for at least one year is obligatory.
  
  
• An international valid credit card is necessary. We accept only Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  
  
• An age limit of 21 years old is set for categories A to C. For all the other car groups the age limit is set to 25 years old.
  
  
• The vehicle will be delivered only to the credit card holder who must be one of the named drivers.
  
  
• An e-mail address is necessary.
  

4. Minimum rental period 24 hours.

5. The prices shown on this website are valid only at the time of the quote and/or the booking.

6. We do not guaranty bookings on specific models only a vehicle group. If there's no vehicle available from that group, we reserve the right to offer you a vehicle from a higher group (no extra charge for the upgraded car).

7. After booking your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers are optional with extra charge. All of them must meet our qualification criteria.

Area

You may drive the vehicle anywhere in Greece. No insurance covers any damage caused to the vehicle, during α trip by boat.

If you are willing to cross Greek borders, contact our reservations department.
You may benefit from one-way rentals. The charge concerning the one-way rental depends on the place of delivery and the place of collection.

One-way rentals are not permitted from mainland to islands and vice versa , or from one island to another island

 
Acceptance of our Rental Terms and Conditions

By placing a valid booking you automatically accept our Rental Terms and Conditions and terms presented in this booking guide.

Pick up conditions

1. All named drivers must present an original valid driving licence and passport or ID. All drivers must sign the Rental Agreement at the time of pick up.

2. The cardholder must present the credit card at the time of pick up.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel a reservation you have already submitted, please send us an e-mail, using page " Contact us", from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 . In that case, if the cancellation is notified at least 48 hours prior to car delivery, you will be charged with 10% of the total rental cost. If the cancellation takes place in less than 48 hours up to exact car delivery time, you will be charged with 30% of the total rental cost. In case you exceed rental date without any prior notice of cancellation, there will be no refund.



Modify your reservation

In case you wish to modify a reservation you have already submitted, please send us an e-mail, using page "Contact us", from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 . Attention: Refund option not available.
